Collecting a stamen as well as the pollen

This honey bee was out collecting pollen from the astrantia but picked up a stamen as well.  You can see the anther in the pollen ball and the filament sticking out.  I expect the problem was sorted out by quality control when she got back to the hive.  I haven't noticed this before - I wonder how often it happens?
