I noticed a trail trodden in the ivy and wondered if it might be where the fox jumps over the fence to get into the garden so I set a (camera) trap to see who it was. As before the fox is aware of the camera, presumably because it can hear the flash charging.
It was wary at first but became more confident.
I notice it has a tooth missing. That might help to distinguish it from any others that come.
It's a pity that for what would have been the best photo it wasn't quite standing in the right place. I'll have to try another night.
