Newly emerged damselfly

The first time I have seen this.  It was interesting because the damselfly could see me but couldn't fly, so it kept turning to hide behind the stem.  I got the picture by wading in in my wellies and waving one hand from the side to make it turn round into view.  I don't know what kind of damselfly it is but it is possibly a common blue, judging by the caudal lamellae on the exuvia, which can be seen just above on the stem.
