Mellow yellow

This is a male white-tailed bumblebee, perhaps the yellowest of all the bumblebees.  Compared with the female he has extra yellow stripes, yellow hair on his head and a yellow moustache.  His colouring almost acts as camouflage on this Inula magnifica.
