Until yesterday (22nd) she looked quite active and was foraging but yesterday afternoon she looked sick. She was admitted to hedgehog hospital suffering from hypothermia, dehydration and malnutrition, probably all secondary to a worm infestation. I hope she pulls through. I guess I should have realised that daytime foraging was a sign of trouble and taken her in sooner. I'll know next time.trogtrogbloghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12393331921469572350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2957508894479326242.post-51747799777944820822014-09-02T18:16:26.430+01:002014-09-02T18:16:26.430+01:00It was out under the bird feeders in bright sunshi...It was out under the bird feeders in bright sunshine at 6pm the next evening Phil. It seems very active and looks quite healthy so I suppose it is just hungry.trogtrogbloghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12393331921469572350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2957508894479326242.post-70362166859021832822014-09-01T21:15:12.546+01:002014-09-01T21:15:12.546+01:00How extraordinary!
